Four details change how you read the table: * **The yearly toggle:** the Trainerize page shows yearly prices by default ($9, $23 and $248), 10% below monthly. On Harbiz the toggle reads Monthly / Annual (-25%); EUR 14, 89 and 149 are the yearly figures, although both price sets carry the same annual-payment note. Confirm before you pay. * **Tax:** Harbiz lists prices without VAT, and Trainerize adds taxes on top. * **Middle tiers:** Trainerize Pro has tiers for 5, 15, 30, 50, 75, 100 and 200 clients; its FAQ gives $135 a month at 50 clients, but we did not verify the other tier prices. For Harbiz, only the entry price of each plan is visible. * **Currency:** if you bill clients in euros or pounds, Trainerize will still invoice you in dollars. A white-label app is an app your client sees under your name and look, even though another company builds and runs it. * **Harbiz:** the My APP plan, from EUR 199 a month (EUR 149 billed yearly), includes your own iOS and Android app, onboarding and mentoring. Harbiz also lists a Customize your app add-on at EUR 49.99 a month for your own name and icon; the page does not make clear which plans it applies to. * **Trainerize:** on Pro, a Pro-level custom branded app with your logo and colours costs $169 once. A fully white-labelled app with its own store listing is included in Studio Plus. Publishing under your own name needs an Apple Developer account, which Apple charges $99 a year for. If you want your own app in the stores with fewer than 500 clients, Harbiz My APP is the most direct published route. If your logo and colours are enough, Trainerize Pro costs less over time. Ask before you move your billing, especially if you sell monthly subscriptions. ## Languages and markets Harbiz is aimed at coaches in Spain and Europe, with a website in Spanish, English and German; Trainerize publishes its pricing in English and US dollars and is often chosen for its free plan and large integration ecosystem. For a coach in Madrid or Munich, paying in euros, having WhatsApp support and reading the site in their own language are practical Harbiz advantages. For a coach in the US, UK or Australia who already works in English, Trainerize's dollar billing and free plan may matter more. Harbiz gives 14 days with all features. Neither asks for a card. A good test is to load the same 4-week program into both, invite two real clients and measure three things: how long it takes you to build the plan, how long it takes them to log a workout, and what plan plus add-ons would cost you over a year. ## Who should pick which Harbiz fits European coaches who want their own app and close support; Trainerize fits coaches who start small or already work in English and dollars. **Harbiz is a good fit if you:** * Want your own iOS and Android app at a published monthly price, well below 500 clients. * Prefer paying in euros and a Spanish or German website. * Value WhatsApp support and individual onboarding (Pro plan). * Can pay a year upfront and use the 25% discount. **Trainerize is a good fit if you:** * Have 1 or 2 clients and want to start free or for $10. * Want to move up in small tiers (5, 15, 30, 50 clients). * Are happy with your logo and colours for a one-time fee. * Run a large studio with 500 or more clients and want API access and an account manager. **Not the right fit:** Harbiz, if you want a permanent free plan or need middle-tier prices before talking to them; Trainerize, if you need billing in euros, support in Spanish or your own store listing with few clients.
