Kushtet e Shërbimit

Ne ofrojmë shërbime të trajnimit personal dhe coaching, duke përfshirë plane të personalizuara trajnimi, udhëzime ushqyerjeje, ndjekje progresi dhe komunikim brenda aplikacionit. Aplikacioni dhe faqja jonë e internetit funksionojnë në platformën Trainera, e zhvilluar dhe e operuar nga TRAINERA.FIT LLC, kushtet e platformës së të cilës (https://trainera.fit/terms-of-service) zbatohen gjithashtu për përdorimin tuaj të teknologjisë themelore. Nëse drejtojmë një komunitet në aplikacionin tonë, zbatohen gjithashtu Udhëzimet tona të Komunitetit, të publikuara pranë këtyre Kushteve.

Duhet të jeni të paktën 16 vjeç për të përdorur shërbimet tona. Ju jeni përgjegjës për ruajtjen e konfidencialitetit të kredencialeve tuaja të hyrjes dhe për të gjithë aktivitetin nën llogarinë tuaj. Jepni informacione të sakta dhe mbajini ato të përditësuara.

Përmbajtja e trajnimit dhe ushqyerjes ofrohet për qëllime të përgjithshme fitnesi dhe nuk është këshillë mjekësore. Konsultohuni me një mjek para se të filloni ndonjë program, sidomos nëse keni një gjendje mjekësore, jeni shtatzënë ose keni qenë joaktivë. Ju merrni pjesë në trajnim me rrezikun tuaj dhe duhet të ndaloni dhe të kërkoni ndihmë mjekësore nëse ndieni dhimbje, marrje mendsh ose parehati.

Çmimet për paketat tona të coaching dhe shërbimet shfaqen para blerjes dhe mund të ndryshojnë sipas rajonit dhe monedhës. Duke blerë një abonim brenda aplikacionit celular, ju autorizoni tarifimin e llogarisë suaj Apple App Store (Apple ID) ose Google Play; pagesa tarifohet me konfirmimin e blerjes. Blerjet në web mund të përpunohen nga Stripe ose PayPal.

Abonimet rinovohen automatikisht, përveç nëse rinovimi automatik çaktivizohet të paktën 24 orë para fundit të periudhës aktuale të faturimit. Llogaria juaj tarifohet për rinovim brenda 24 orëve para fundit të periudhës aktuale, me të njëjtin çmim, përveç nëse ndryshoni planin tuaj.

Mund ta anuloni abonimin tuaj në çdo kohë te cilësimet e llogarisë së pajisjes suaj:

• Apple (iOS): Cilësimet > prekni emrin tuaj > Abonimet > zgjidhni aplikacionin > Anulo Abonimin.
• Google (Android): Google Play Store > ikona e profilit > Pagesat dhe abonimet > Abonimet > zgjidhni aplikacionin > Anulo abonimin.

Anulimi hyn në fuqi në fund të periudhës aktuale të faturimit; ju e mbani qasjen në veçoritë e paguara deri atëherë. Nuk ofrohen rimbursime të pjesshme për pjesët e papërdorura të një periudhe abonimi.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or purchased plans with people they were not purchased for.
• Copy, resell or redistribute training or nutrition content provided to you.
• Harass, abuse, threaten or harm other members, trainers or staff, in the app or in the community.
• Post hate speech, sexual content, content that promotes self-harm, illegal content, dangerous health advice or spam.
• Post other people's personal data, photos, videos or messages without their consent.
• Impersonate another member, our staff, a trainer or Trainera.
• Manipulate polls, challenges, leaderboards or the report and block tools.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

If we run a community feed in our app, this section applies whenever you post, comment, react, vote or share anything in it. Before your first post you accept the Community Guidelines and our own community rules in the app.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Henry Kressmann and TRAINERA.FIT LLC, the operator of the platform, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute your content within the community and to keep copies for moderation, backup and legal compliance, for as long as the content or a moderation record of it exists. You are responsible for what you post and confirm that you have the rights to everything you post, including photos and videos of other people.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. To enforce these terms we use automated tools (a word filter, a link and contact-detail filter, and an automated classifier for text, images and video frames) before content is published, and human review by our moderators and by Trainera's team. Content can be rejected, held for review, hidden or removed, and members can be limited to reading for 1, 7 or 28 days or removed from the community. Decisions that restrict your access are always taken by a person.

Any member can report content or another member in the app. Anyone can notify Trainera of content they believe to be illegal by email at [email protected]. Every notice is confirmed, handled without undue delay, and answered with a decision.

Whenever we restrict your content or your access, you receive a statement of reasons in the app, by push notification and by email: what was restricted and how far, for how long, the facts, whether a report or our own detection led to it, whether automated tools were used, the rule or law relied on, and how to appeal. You can appeal in the app within 6 months; if we do not decide within 7 days, or the decision concerned our own staff, Trainera reviews it. You may also bring the matter before a court of competent jurisdiction.

Content that was hidden or removed is kept for 180 days for the purpose of appeals and then deleted. Content you posted stays visible to the other members after your membership ends unless you delete it or your account. If we switch the community off, its content is kept for 180 days and then deleted.

The community is available only to members aged 16 or older. What you post is visible to the other members of the community and to our moderators and is never public.

Shërbimet ofrohen mbi bazën "siç janë", pa garanci të asnjë lloji, të shprehura apo të nënkuptuara. Në masën maksimale të lejuar me ligj, Henry Kressmann nuk mban përgjegjësi për dëme indirekte apo pasuese (duke përfshirë humbjen e të dhënave apo të fitimit) që rrjedhin nga përdorimi juaj i shërbimeve, ose pamundësia për t'i përdorur ato. Asgjë në këto kushte nuk kufizon përgjegjësinë që nuk mund të kufizohet me ligj.

Accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines may be suspended or terminated, and members may be limited to reading or removed from the community, in each case with a statement of reasons and a right to appeal as described above. You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time.
