Gym FAQ
Core, White Label and Studio have public prices, fixed per country, with unlimited members and no per-member fee. Core covers the web dashboard, membership packages, QR and turnstile check-in, staff, leads and your gym website, while members use the Trainera app. Every gym plan includes a members-only community feed. White Label adds your own branded iOS and Android app. Two add-ons work on Core and White Label: Community Plus (challenges, leaderboards, automatic and scheduled posts, insights) and Automations. Studio is White Label with both included. A third add-on, Branded Watch App, gives White Label and Studio gyms their own Apple Watch and Wear OS app for members, and Enterprise includes it. Core is paid by card; White Label and Studio are arranged on a call. Billing is monthly. Over 2,000 active members or more than one location is Enterprise.
Yes. Members show or scan their QR member card at reception, and on every plan you can connect a turnstile to our check-in API. Expired or inactive members are stopped automatically.
Yes. We recommend the hardware for your entrance, a local access-control partner installs a tripod turnstile, speed gate, swing gate or door lock with a QR reader, and we connect it to your memberships and test it with real member cards. The connection is included on every gym plan, with up to 10 devices; hardware and installation are quoted for your entrance. If you already have a turnstile, it can often be connected instead.
Every trainer and staff member gets a login under your gym with the pages you allow. They see their members, build plans and message them, and you see everything from the owner dashboard.
Yes, and we do it for free. Send us your export and we import members, packages and expiry dates, plus your trainers and plans.
Yes, on the White Label and Studio plans. Your members get a native iOS and Android app under your gym's name, logo and colours, published to the App Store and Google Play, with push notifications sent under your brand. On the Core plan your members use the Trainera app.

Yes. You switch AI features on per membership package, so premium members can get AI food scanning and plan drafts while basic ones do not. Every draft is built from a curated library of over 1,970 exercises and 1,500 recipes, and your trainers review and approve plans before members follow them.
Yes. Every gym plan, the trial included, comes with TRAI, the built-in AI assistant, with 200 requests a month for the owner on the web. Ask it about members, leads, packages, classes, transactions or staff and it answers from your gym's own data. It can also build and assign workout and nutrition plans and help run the community feed, but it cannot change members, payments, classes or settings.
Yes. You can run classes, small-group sessions, open-gym slots and personal-training bookings across multiple trainers, with access hours and entry limits per package. Members book and check in from the app.
The app works in 27 languages, including Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, German, Spanish, Russian and Arabic, so staff and members each use their own. Members pay for packages online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own Stripe account, or in cash at the desk, which reception records. Your own gym plan is paid by card, and invoices can be issued in your currency.
Yes, on every gym plan. Education lets you build courses with video lessons, quizzes and certificates, follow each member's progress and include a course in a membership package.
