7. Subscriptions and Billing

Trainera.fit offers auto-renewable subscription plans for both trainers and clients. Available subscription tiers include Starter, Pro, and Business plans, offered on monthly and yearly billing cycles. Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region and currency.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Trainera.fit to charge the applicable subscription fee to your Apple App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play Store account. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.

8. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription, unless you change your subscription plan.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to your device's account settings:

Apple (iOS): Open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > select Trainera.fit > Cancel Subscription
Google (Android): Open Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select Trainera.fit > Cancel subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

10. Free Trials

Trainera.fit may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your account will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

11. Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refund requests are handled according to the respective platform's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. Trainera.fit does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.

12. Modifications

Trainera.fit may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
