No. A client account is free forever, with workout logging, the diet tracker and two AI plans a month, one training and one nutrition. Pro and Premium are optional and only add AI: more plans a month, AI food scanning, AI Nutrition Chat and offline downloads. Client prices are set per country.

Core and White Label have public prices, fixed per country, with unlimited members and no per-member fee. Core covers the web dashboard, membership packages, QR and turnstile check-in, staff, leads and your gym website, while members use the Trainera app. White Label is double Core and adds your own branded iOS and Android app, arranged on a call. Billing is monthly.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate any billing differences.

For your own plan: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and bank transfer, or the App Store and Google Play if you subscribe inside the mobile app. What your clients pay you can also come in as cash you record yourself. All payments are securely processed with industry-standard encryption.

For Stripe and PayPal payments, your subscription is automatically renewed each month - no action needed. For bank transfers, please make your payment 1-2 days before your subscription expires so we can extend your plan in time.
