These Purchase Terms govern the purchase of subscriptions and digital services on Trainera.fit, operated by TRAINERA.FIT LLC. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What We Provide

Trainera.fit is a digital platform that connects clients with personal trainers and provides online fitness and nutrition coaching, workout and meal plans, and related software features. All of our products and services are digital. We do not sell physical goods.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown on our website and in the app, in your local currency where available, and may change at any time. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page.

3. Subscriptions and Renewals

Most plans are offered as recurring subscriptions:

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
We do not charge you again after you cancel, and no charge is made for periods after the cancellation takes effect.

4. Refunds

Subscriptions and digital services are non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and you will not be charged again, but payments already made for the current or past periods are not refunded. This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

5. Coaching Services

When you purchase coaching from a trainer on Trainera.fit, your coaching relationship is with that trainer. Trainera.fit provides the platform and processes the payment, while the trainer is responsible for the coaching content and the service they deliver.

6. Access and Delivery

Access to digital services and subscriptions is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity on your account.

7. Acceptable Use

Your account, and any plans or content provided to you, are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, copy, or distribute them without our permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including the software, designs, workout and meal plans, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of TRAINERA.FIT LLC or the trainers who created it. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without permission.

9. Health Disclaimer

Trainera.fit provides fitness and nutrition information and tools, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. You use the services at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. By continuing to use Trainera.fit after the changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
