How it works

An illustration of the TRAI Vision screen during a set of squats.

How TRAI sees
33 body points followed in every frame, on the device. TRAI knows if it sees you from the front, from the side or at 45°, and only judges what it can see clearly from there.
Lean it on a bottle or a dumbbell about 2 to 3 m away. For every exercise TRAI shows where the phone goes: in front, from the side or at 45°.
Two seconds in the start position and TRAI calibrates to your body. It checks that you stand right before the first rep counts.
TRAI counts every rep out loud and says the one fix that matters most, the moment it sees it. The count lands in your set when you finish.

Form correction
One cue per rep, the most important one, spoken the moment TRAI sees it. Safety first, then the movement, then the details. These are the exact words you hear.
Form correction covers squats, deadlifts, push-ups, rows, presses, curls, triceps, raises, lunges, hip thrusts, pull-ups, dips, leg raises, sit-ups and planks. The camera counts the rest.
Counting
Reps for strength moves, seconds for holds. Finish the set and the number is already in your log.
Depth on squats and lunges, full lockout at the top, a curl that goes all the way up.
It notices a rushed descent and a bounce at the bottom, and tells you to slow down.
Level hips and shoulders, even arms, weight centered between both feet.
The plank clock only runs while your position is right. Let the hips drop and it stops.
Each rep gets a dot: green for clean, amber for a fault. The set ends with how many were clean and your most common mistake.

Voice coaching
You never have to look at the screen. TRAI says every rep, every tenth second of a hold, the fix you need and a short summary at the end of the set, with recorded voices that keep working offline.

AI Tabata
Start AI Tabata and the camera stays on from the first exercise to the last. For sets of reps there is no timer: TRAI counts to your target, writes the reps into the set and moves you on. When the next exercise needs another angle, it asks you to move the phone first.

For trainers
Build the plan in Trainera and your clients get TRAI Vision on the exercises you chose, on the web, iOS and Android. The reps it counts land in their workout log, where you see them.
TRAI Vision is the camera coach inside Trainera. You put your phone on the floor, start a set and TRAI watches through the front camera: it counts your reps or seconds out loud, spots form mistakes such as knees caving in or hips sagging, and tells you how to fix them during the set.

Open a workout, tap TRAI Vision on the next set and let it count.
