"Not listed" means we did not find that information on the vendor's public page on 28 October 2026, not that the feature does not exist. Ask in the demo. We left out COMP-IT, which comes up for Bosnia and Herzegovina, because we found no public page with data we could check.
Prices: what is public and what is on request only
Three programs in the table, Fitko, ENTRIQ and amiFIT, do not publish a price and ask for an enquiry or a demo, so you cannot compare them without talking to sales. Among those that do publish prices, the models differ a lot:
- Flat, whatever the number of members: Klubora, €60 a month with unlimited members (checked 28 October 2026).
- By number of members: Gym Gate (up to 100, up to 250, unlimited), FitCheck (up to 120, up to 250, over 250) and Klubeo (40 RSD per member above 15, checked 28 October 2026).
- By features: Andrea360, where access control and a branded app only come from the Standard package (€130 a month, checked 28 October 2026).
- Base price plus hardware: GymAdmin, where Starter is €64 a month (checked 28 October 2026) and the lock for 24/7 entry is paid separately.
For a gym in Bosnia and Herzegovina one more detail matters: almost all regional programs quote prices in euros, and Klubeo in dinars. Trainera prices are fixed per country. At US dollar prices the three gym plans are $119, $219 and $259 a month. In Bosnia and Herzegovina the same three plans cost 129 KM, 229 KM and 269 KM a month, in Croatia €89, €169 and €189, and in Serbia 7.990 RSD, 13.900 RSD and 16.900 RSD. Everything is on the pricing page.
Access control: app, QR, NFC or turnstile
This is where the programs differ most, and it is the line item that most often surprises owners on the invoice. The question is not only "does it have access control" but who buys, installs and maintains the hardware.
- Opening from the app (Fitko, ENTRIQ, Klubora): the member opens the door or gate from their phone. For a small studio that is often enough, but you need a smart lock or a relay.
- NFC on the phone (amiFIT): no cards or key fobs.
- QR and turnstiles (FitCheck, Trainera): the member scans a QR code, the system checks the membership and opens the gate.
- Hardware included (Gym Gate Pro): the vendor supplies and maintains the equipment for two entrances.
In Trainera the member shows a QR membership card from the app, and the turnstile, speed gate or lock with a QR reader asks Trainera whether the membership is active. We install the equipment with local installers; the entry types are described on the access control page. For the bigger picture on check-in hardware, see our practical guide to gym check-in and access control software.
Member app: shared, or in your club's colours
Most programs in the table have a member app. The difference is whether it is the vendor's shared app or an app with your name and logo in the App Store and Google Play.
Klubora and Fitko offer an app in the club's colours. With Andrea360 the branded app comes from the Standard package, and with GymAdmin only in the Enterprise package. Klubeo has an Android app, while iPhone users use the web version. In Trainera every member gets a free app for iOS and Android, and the White Label, Studio and Enterprise gym plans include your own branded member app.
Fiscalization and e-invoicing: what the software does and what you check yourself
The rules differ by country, which is why one program rarely covers the whole region. Of the programs in the table, Klubora describes fiscalization in most detail: with their accounting module an invoice gets a ZKI and a JIR from the CIS of the Croatian Tax Administration, and the eRačun can be downloaded in UBL 2.1 format to the EN 16931 standard with the Croatian profile (klubora.app, checked 28 October 2026). Klubora also says it is built for Croatia only. Fitko lists e-invoices where they are required, and Andrea360 a fiscal cash register integration from the Basic package.
Trainera has no built-in fiscalization. A gym that takes payments through Trainera issues the fiscal receipt through its own cash register or accounting software, under the rules of its country.
For Bosnia and Herzegovina, check the rules and obligations with the FBiH Tax Administration or the Republika Srpska Tax Administration and with your accountant. We wrote about this in more detail in e-invoicing and fiscalization for trainers and gyms in the region, fiscalization and eRačun in Croatia and fiscalization and SEF in Serbia.
Selling memberships online, and the fees
When a member pays by card, there is always a card processing fee. The question is whether the software also takes its own percentage. Of the vendors in the table, amiFIT explicitly says the app charges nothing and the money goes straight to the gym, and Klubora says payments go to the club's account. Fitko and ENTRIQ list which payment providers they work with (Stripe, CorvusPay, Worldline, Teya), but not the fees.
For gyms, Trainera has a 0% platform fee on online payments, and card processing is published on the pricing page. Cash and bank transfer payments a gym records in the system carry no platform fee either. If you want to track who is late with a membership, see the article on tracking gym member debts and unpaid memberships.
When each program is a good choice
- A small gym or studio with up to 50 members and a minimal budget: Andrea360 Freemium, or Klubeo up to 15 members.
- A gym in Croatia that puts fiscalization inside the software first: Klubora with its accounting module, or Fitko.
- A gym that wants entry hardware included in the package: Gym Gate Pro.
- QR turnstiles and a fixed price by member count: FitCheck.
- A gym that wants a fixed price in its local currency, QR entry, a member app and online payments with no platform fee, plus trainers who coach clients online: Trainera.
Trainera is not the best choice if you need fiscalization inside the same program, or if free records for up to 15 or 50 members are enough for you.
Five questions for every demo
- What is the total monthly price for my number of active members, not just the entry package?
- Who buys, installs and maintains the entry hardware, and what does one entrance cost?
- Does the member app carry my name in the App Store and Google Play, and from which package?
- How does the software issue a fiscal receipt or e-invoice in my country, and does that need an extra module?
- Does the software take a percentage of online payments on top of card processing?
What to take from this comparison
Make a shortlist of two or three programs, send all of them the same five questions and compare the total price for your number of members, including entry hardware and fiscalization. If Trainera is on your list, prices for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia are public, and you can open a gym account yourself through gym sign-up.
See what you get with Core, White Label and Studio on the gym software page.
