How much does Everfit cost in 2026?
Everfit has a free Starter plan for up to 5 clients, a Pro plan from $19 a month for 5 clients and a Studio plan from $105 a month for 50 clients, all in US dollars on monthly billing. The price rises with your client count: a coach with 10 clients pays $29 a month, 30 clients means the 35-client tier at $75, and 75 clients costs $120 on Pro or $135 on Studio. Annual billing is cheaper, add-ons cost extra, and the fully white-label Enterprise plan is priced on request.

Everfit plans at a glance
Everfit sells four plans: Starter (free), Pro and Studio (both priced by client count) and Enterprise (quote only). The table shows the entry price of each plan, monthly first and annual-billed in brackets, because the pricing page can show the annual figure by default.

Everfit also offers a free trial without a credit card. Its annual toggle saves roughly 16 percent compared with paying month to month.
How Everfit's per-client pricing works
Per-client pricing means the monthly fee is set by how many active clients you coach, so the bill moves up a tier each time you outgrow the current one. On Everfit you pick the tier that covers your roster, and you pay for the whole tier even if you only use part of it.

Studio follows the same idea from a higher base: $105 for 50 clients, $135 for 75, $165 for 100, $205 for 150, $249 for 200 and up to $430 for 500. The gaps between tiers matter. There is no 30-client Pro tier, so a coach who grows from 20 to 21 clients jumps from $49 to the 35-client tier at $75.
What Everfit costs at 10, 30 and 75 clients
At 10 clients Everfit costs $29 a month, at 30 clients $75 a month and at 75 clients $120 a month on Pro, before add-ons and on monthly billing. The table puts those figures next to Trainera's published US prices for the same roster sizes.

The headline numbers are only part of the cost. Everfit's paid add-ons can raise the monthly bill, while Trainera charges a platform fee on coaching payments collected inside the platform (8 percent on Starter, 5 percent on Pro, 3 percent on Business; cash you record yourself is free). If you take payments through the software, compare the fee you would pay on your own monthly revenue, not just the subscription. Add-ons and costs that are not on the price tag
Everfit sells several features as paid add-ons, and some costs are not published at all. Budget for these before you compare totals.
- Payments and Packages: from $9 a month ($8 billed yearly). A 30-client coach on the 35-client Pro tier who adds it pays at least $84 a month.
- Meal Plans and Recipe Books: from $39 a month ($33 billed yearly).
- On-Demand Collections: from $25 a month ($21 billed yearly); included in Studio.
- Autoflow automation: $29 for the first 30 clients, with further charges for each additional band of 30 clients.
- Payment processing fees: not published on the pricing page.
- Setup or onboarding fees: not stated.

Branding and white label on Everfit
Pro and Studio include Custom Branding, which puts your logo and colours inside the Everfit client app. A white-label app is an app published under your own brand name, with your own listing in the App Store and Google Play; on Everfit that comes only with Enterprise, which is quote-based.
Quote-based pricing means the vendor gives you a price after a sales conversation instead of publishing it. For Enterprise, Everfit lists 500+ clients, API integrations and Apple and Google developer support, so the quote is likely to depend on your client volume and what you need built. We do not estimate it. Trainera works the same way at the top end: paid plans show your branding inside the Trainera client app, and a separate app under your own name is part of Enterprise, which is quoted per account.
Is Everfit worth it?
Everfit is worth it for coaches who want a free start with up to 5 clients, need granular tiers that grow in small steps, or run group and on-demand programs that fit Studio. It is less attractive when your roster sits just above a tier boundary or you need several add-ons, because each one raises the monthly bill.
Best for:
- New coaches who want a free plan with room for 5 clients.
- Coaches with 100 to 300 clients who want a published price instead of a sales call (Pro tiers run to 300 clients).
- Studios selling group programs and on-demand content, where Studio bundles group chat, broadcasts and the on-demand portal.
Not the right fit for:
- Coaches who dislike per-client pricing and want a flat fee per plan.
- Coaches who need a fully white-label app but not the Enterprise tier.
- Coaches who need a meal-plan and payments toolkit in the base price, since both are add-ons.

Trainera is not the right choice if you coach more than 75 clients and want a published price, because above Business you need Enterprise, which is quoted per account. It is also a weaker fit if you want a free plan for more than 3 clients or if you prefer paying no platform fee on in-app coaching payments. Work out your cost in three steps, using the official page as the only source.
- Count your active clients today and in six months, then find the Pro or Studio tier that covers the higher number.
- Switch the pricing toggle to monthly and to yearly, and note both figures.
- Add every add-on you would really use, and ask for payment processing rates in writing.
