How much does Harbiz cost in 2026?

Harbiz costs €19 a month for up to 5 clients, €39 for up to 15, €69 for up to 30 and €169 for up to 75 clients on monthly billing, VAT not included. Annual billing takes 25% off (€14, €29, €52 and €127 a month), and the branded-app plan, My APP, starts at €199 a month for up to 50 clients. These figures come from the Harbiz pricing page, checked October 2026; the US dollar view shows different numbers from the 40-client tier up.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial without a credit card, and Harbiz is free for your clients. The real question is which tier your client count lands in, and what sits on top of the plan price.

Harbiz plans and prices, tier by tier

Harbiz sells three plans (Basic, Pro and My APP), and the price of each one depends on the client limit you pick in a dropdown on the plan card.

A few details on the page change how you read that table:

  • VAT is extra. Each card carries the footnote "Annual payment. VAT not included."
  • The pound view matches the dollar view. For example, Basic for 5 clients shows £19 a month, the same number as in dollars.
  • Above 50 clients, ask first. The FAQ says that with more than 50 clients you should "contact us for a personalized offer", adding "The more customers, the less it costs you". The Pro and My APP dropdowns still list self-serve tiers up to 5,000, so the page does not agree with itself. If you are past 50 clients, request the offer before you pay the list price.
  • The branded app wording is unclear. Every plan card lists "Your own app on iOS and Android", but the page does not say whether that means an app under your own name on every plan. The plan built for a branded app is My APP. Ask before you pick Basic or Pro for branding.

What Harbiz costs at 10, 30 and 75 clients

At 10 clients you pay €39 a month (€29 on annual billing), at 30 clients €69 (€52), and at 75 clients €169 (€127), because you buy the smallest tier that covers your client count.

Your clientsTier you needMonthly billingAnnual billing, per monthAnnual billing, 12 monthsUS dollar view (monthly / annual)
10Basic, up to 15€39€29€348$39 / $29
30Basic, up to 30€69€52€624$69 / $52
75Pro, up to 75€169€127€1,524$185 / $139
75, with branded appMy APP, up to 75€229€172€2,064$249 / $187

The 12-month totals are our arithmetic (12 times the per-month figure shown on the annual toggle). The page does not print the total charged for the year, so check the amount at checkout.

Watch the tier edges. If you coach exactly 30 clients, client number 31 moves you from €69 to the 40-client tier at €99 on monthly billing. Crossing 40 takes you to Pro at €119. In practice, coaches who sit just under a limit often pay for the next tier sooner than they planned, so look at where your roster will be in six months, not where it is today.

Add-ons, trial and fees on top of the plan

The plan price is not always the whole bill: Harbiz lists paid add-ons, and client payments have their own costs.

  • Free trial: 14 days, "No credit card required", cancel at any time. The FAQ says the trial comes with all the features and unlimited customers.
  • Your clients pay nothing: the page says "Harbiz is 100% free for your customers."
  • Nutri AI: +€14.99 a month.
  • Video Library: +€19.99 a month.
  • Customize your app: the English pricing page shows +€49.99 a month, but the converted dollar and pound amounts on the same card do not match it, and the page's own code carries a lower figure for the Spanish version. Treat the price as unconfirmed and check it at checkout.
  • Setup fee and overage: none mentioned. When you grow, you upgrade and the new limit applies.

On payments, the pricing page lists no transaction fee. The Harbiz terms and conditions say Harbiz "will charge a management fee for the total amount traded" between coaches and their clients, without stating a percentage. If you plan to take client payments through Harbiz, ask what that fee is on your plan today. The card processor charges separately in any case; Stripe's US list price is 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card payment.

What drives your Harbiz price

Six things set what you actually pay: your client count, the billing period, the currency, the branded-app plan, the add-ons you switch on and whether you pass 50 clients.

Who Harbiz fits best

Harbiz fits coaches who want training, nutrition, business data and marketing tools in one app at a published self-serve price, and coaches who want a branded app with hands-on onboarding.

The company describes Harbiz as an app for "fitness professionals, personal trainers, yoga, pilates, physiotherapists, studios and nutritionists". Every plan card lists access to Harbiz AI, Harbiz Marketing, the Harbiz Community, a business data dashboard and report export. Pro and My APP add video call and WhatsApp support, which matters if you want a person to talk to while you set up.

It is a strong pick in two cases. First, if you coach 5 clients or fewer and pay annually, €14 a month is a low entry point. Second, if you have 50 to 75 clients and want an app under your own brand right now, My APP gives you a published price and onboarding with specialists.

It gets more expensive when your roster keeps crossing tier limits, when you need the app customization add-on and the branded-app plan together, or when you pay in dollars at the upper tiers.

Where Trainera fits

Trainera charges trainers a flat price per plan instead of a price per client tier: Free at $0 for up to 3 clients, Starter at $19.99 a month for 10, Pro at $49.99 for 30, Business at $99 for up to 75, and Enterprise at a custom price for unlimited clients.

Those are monthly US dollar prices; yearly billing is about 10 times the monthly price, and prices differ by country, so check trainera.fit/pricing for yours. The client app is free on iOS and Android, the app runs in 26 languages, and the library has more than 1,800 exercises with video and over 1,100 recipes. Intake questionnaires come with every plan, including Free.

Two honest differences to weigh against Harbiz:

  • Branding: Pro sets your own brand colors, Business adds your logo and a website on your own domain, and your own branded iOS and Android app comes only with Enterprise, where Trainera builds and publishes it. If you need a store app under your name at 50 to 75 clients today, Harbiz My APP has a published price for that and Trainera does not.
  • Payment fees: coaching payments through Trainera's Stripe or PayPal carry a platform fee of 8% on Free and Starter, 5% on Pro, 3% on Business and 1% on Enterprise, and 0% on cash and bank transfer. That is published, so you can put it in your numbers.

If you are switching, Trainera's team moves your clients and plans across for free when you send your export; the migration page explains how.

Questions to send Harbiz before you pay

Five short messages to Harbiz support clear up every open point on the pricing page.

Send thisWhy it matters
"I have 55 clients. What personalized offer can you make compared with the Pro 75 list price?"The FAQ promises a lower price per client above 50.
"On the Basic plan, does 'Your own app on iOS and Android' mean an app under my brand, or the Harbiz app?"The card wording does not say.
"What does the Customize your app add-on cost per month in my currency, on monthly and on annual billing?"The page shows conflicting figures.
"Is there a management fee on client payments made through Harbiz, and what percentage is it?"The terms mention a fee but no rate.
"If I pay annually and my client count drops, can I move to a lower tier before renewal?"The page explains upgrades, not downgrades.

Your next step: price your own client count

Write down how many clients you coach today and how many you expect in six months. Find both numbers in the tier table above, add VAT and any add-on you need, and compare that total with two alternatives on monthly billing. If the numbers are close, start the free trial and import a few real clients before you pay for a year.

Want to set that number against a flat plan price? See every plan on the Trainera pricing page.

Yes. Harbiz offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and the FAQ says it includes all features and unlimited customers. The app is free for your clients.

How much does the Harbiz branded app cost?

The branded-app plan, My APP, costs €199 a month for up to 50 clients and €229 for up to 75 on monthly billing (€149 and €172 a month on annual billing). A separate Customize your app add-on shows conflicting prices on the page, so confirm it at checkout.
