CoachRx Pricing 2026: Tiers, Fees and Cost at 10-75 Clients
CoachRx costs $29 a month for up to 5 active clients, $79 for 6-50 and $199 for 51-150, less on annual billing. Here is what you pay at 10, 30 and 75 clients, how the 2% payment fee works and the price conflict to ask about.

How much does CoachRx cost in 2026?
CoachRx costs $29 a month for 1-5 active clients, $79 a month for 6-50 and $199 a month for 51-150, or $25, $67 and $169 a month billed annually, according to the CoachRx pricing page, checked October 2026. Above 150 clients the price is on request, every tier includes the full feature set, and payments taken through CoachRx add 2% on top of Stripe's fees.
So the price depends on one number: how many active clients you coach. The sections below show the tiers, what you pay at 10, 30 and 75 clients, the payment fee and the one figure on the CoachRx site that does not match.
CoachRx plans and prices
CoachRx has one product with four client tiers, and the page says "Every account includes access to our complete set of premium features", so moving up a tier buys capacity, not features.
| Tier (active clients) | Monthly billing | Annual billing, per month | Branded app | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-5 | $29 | $25, billed annually | No white-label app found | Labeled "Most Popular" |
| 6-50 | $79 | $67, billed annually | No | Same features as every tier |
| 51-150 | $199 | $169, billed annually | No | The homepage FAQ shows $149 a month; confirm at checkout |
| More than 150 | Price on request | Price on request | No | "Contact support for Enterprise pricing" |
Three points on that table matter before you sign up:
- The 51-150 price appears twice, with two numbers. The pricing page says $199 a month, or $169 billed annually. The FAQ on the CoachRx homepage lists 51-150 clients at $149 a month. We use the pricing page figure here, but ask which one applies to you.
- Annual billing saves roughly 14-15%. That is our arithmetic ($79 against $67, $199 against $169); the page states no percentage.
- No branded app. Clients use the CoachRx app, which the homepage describes as a "Premium client app with wearables". We found no white-label offer on the official pages.
The trial is a "14-day commitment free trial", and you pick your tier when you sign up. The homepage says pricing is "based on active clients" and mentions no setup fee or overage charge.
What CoachRx costs at 10, 30 and 75 clients
At 10 and at 30 clients you pay $79 a month ($67 on annual billing), and at 75 clients $199 a month ($169 on annual billing), because the middle tier covers everyone from 6 to 50.
| Your active clients | Tier | Monthly billing | Annual billing, per month | Annual billing, 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | 6-50 | $79 | $67 | $804 |
| 30 | 6-50 | $79 | $67 | $804 |
| 75 | 51-150 | $199 (homepage FAQ: $149) | $169 | $2,028 |
The yearly totals are 12 times the monthly equivalent shown for annual billing. Payment fees are not included, because they depend on how much you collect.
The step to watch is the jump from 5 to 6 clients: the bill goes from $29 to $79. After that, the same price covers anyone from 6 to 50 clients, so the cost per client falls the more of that band you fill. A coach with 8 clients pays the same as one with 48. If you are at 5 clients and planning to take one more, budget for the full jump, not a small increase.
The CoachRx payment fee
If you collect client payments through CoachRx Business Suite, CoachRx adds 2% to Stripe's standard fees, and you pay it only when you earn money.
The CoachRx fees article (updated April 2026, checked October 2026) gives a US total of "4.9% + $.30 per successful transaction". That is Stripe's US card rate of 2.9% + 30¢ from the Stripe pricing page plus the 2% CoachRx share. The article adds: "You are only charged for CoachRx Business Suite when you earn money."
For example, on a $200 monthly coaching payment from a US client, the total fee is $10.10, and $4 of that goes to CoachRx. Multiply by your paying clients to see the monthly figure. With non-US cards the Stripe part changes, so ask CoachRx for the total that applies to your clients.
What drives your CoachRx bill
Four things decide the real monthly cost: your active client count, the billing period, how much revenue runs through Business Suite, and whether you sit above 150 clients.
| If this is you | What happens to the price | First step |
|---|---|---|
| You coach 5 clients or fewer | $29 a month, or $25 billed annually, with every feature | Stay under 6 until the extra client pays for the $50 jump. |
| You coach 6 to 50 clients | $79 a month whatever the number in that band | Fill the band before you compare cost per client. |
| You coach 51 to 150 clients | $199 on the pricing page, $149 in the homepage FAQ | Ask support in writing which figure you will be billed. |
| You coach more than 150 clients | Price on request | Ask for an Enterprise quote with your client count and coach count. |
| Most of your revenue is paid by card in the app | 2% of it goes to CoachRx on top of Stripe | Add 2% of your monthly revenue to the subscription when you compare. |
| Your roster is stable for a year | Annual billing lowers the monthly equivalent | Switch to annual after a few stable months, not on day one. |
Who CoachRx fits best
CoachRx fits coaches who write individual programs for each client and want training, nutrition and lifestyle work in one calendar, more than coaches who mainly sell one template to many people.
The homepage says CoachRx is "built for coaches who: Value depth over volume; Practice individual design, not just template delivery", and it is aimed at 1:1 and group coaching. The listed features include AI-powered program design (RxBot), an exercise, nutrition and lifestyle calendar, LifestyleRx ("Coach the Whole Person"), automated billing with Stripe, custom storefronts, team management, and video coaching and messaging.
It is the stronger pick in a few clear cases:
- You coach up to 5 clients and want the full feature set for $29 a month.
- You have 30 to 50 clients, so the flat $79 band is well used.
- You want help moving over: CoachRx offers complimentary transition assistance, and the page says "Our transition team handles data migration, setup, and training".
- You run a small team of coaches and want team management inside the same tool.
It costs more than you might expect when you have 6 to 15 clients (the full $79 applies), when you need an app under your own brand, or when a large share of revenue runs through Business Suite.
Where Trainera fits
Trainera charges trainers a flat price per plan: Free at $0 for up to 3 clients, Starter at $19.99 a month for 10, Pro at $49.99 for 30, Business at $99 for up to 75, and Enterprise at a custom price for unlimited clients.
Those are monthly US dollar prices, yearly billing is about 10 times the monthly price, and prices differ by country, so check trainera.fit/pricing for yours. Trainera combines training and nutrition plans, check-ins, habits, chat and payments with a free client app for iOS and Android in 26 languages and a library of more than 1,800 exercises with video. On Pro, Business and Enterprise you can schedule weekly live sessions on YouTube, assign them to clients, and Trainera sends join reminders and tracks attendance.
Be fair to both sides on payments. Coaching payments through Trainera's Stripe or PayPal carry a platform fee of 8% on Free and Starter, 5% on Pro, 3% on Business and 1% on Enterprise, and 0% on cash and bank transfer. If most of your revenue is paid by card in the app, CoachRx's 2% share is lower than Trainera's fee on every plan below Enterprise, so run both numbers with your own revenue. If clients mostly pay by bank transfer or cash, Trainera's fee on those payments is 0%.
Trainera's team also moves your clients and plans across for free when you send your export; see the migration page. For a feature-by-feature view, read Trainera vs CoachRx.

Questions to send CoachRx before you pay
A few short messages to CoachRx support settle every open point on the pricing page.
| Send this | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| "Your pricing page shows $199 for 51-150 clients and your homepage FAQ shows $149. Which price will I be billed?" | The two official pages disagree. |
| "How do you count an active client in a billing month?" | Pricing is based on active clients, and the definition decides your tier. |
| "If I drop from 7 to 5 active clients, do I move back to the $29 tier automatically?" | The $50 gap between the first two tiers is large. |
| "What is the total Business Suite fee for a client paying with a non-US card?" | The published 4.9% + 30¢ total is for the US. |
| "What exactly does your transition team move: programs, client history, notes, payment subscriptions?" | Free migration is only as useful as what it carries over. |
How to work out your own CoachRx number
Take your active client count today and in six months, find the tier for each, and add 2% of the revenue you expect to collect through Business Suite. Compare that total, on monthly billing, with two alternatives at the same client count. If CoachRx still comes out ahead for the way you program, use the 14-day trial with real clients before you switch to annual.
Want to see a flat plan price next to that number? Every plan is on the Trainera pricing page.
