How much does My PT Hub cost in 2026?
My PT Hub has three plans: Starter at €25 a month for 3 clients, Premium at €59 a month with unlimited clients, and Ultimate at €215 a month, which adds a branded app, a white label app and 5 extra trainers. On an annual plan paid monthly they cost €22.50, €52 and €195 a month. The My PT Hub pricing page shows prices in euros, while its structured data lists the same numbers in US dollars (25, 59 and 215), so the currency you see may depend on where you are.

With the intro offer, Premium is €29.50 for each of the first 2 months on flexible billing, or €15.60 on the annual plan. After that it returns to €59 or €52.
There is no overage fee. Starter is capped at 3 clients, and Premium and Ultimate have no client limit at all. The pricing page says "No hidden fees", and there is no setup fee apart from the one-time charge for a branded app. When the 30-day trial ends without a paid plan, the account is "automatically downgraded to the 'Free' plan".
My PT Hub add-ons and what they cost
The base plans are flat, but a few extras are sold separately. These are the add-on prices listed on the pricing page:
- Custom branded app (iOS and Android): €95 one-time fee, on Starter and Premium
- White label app with your own App Store and Google Play listing: €145 a month, on Premium
- Additional trainers: €10 a month each, on Premium
- Check-Ins AI: €10 a month
- Zapier integration: €18 a month
The two app options are easy to mix up. The €95 custom branded app is a one-off charge. The €145 white label app puts the app under your own name in the stores, and My PT Hub's comparison table says it needs your own developer account, a DUNS number, an independent website and your own privacy policy. Client payments run through Stripe. My PT Hub does not state its own commission on the pages checked, so ask before you budget, and expect Stripe's processing fees on top.
What is included on every plan
The My PT Hub features page lists 8,000+ HD pre-loaded exercise videos. The pricing page leads with an AI workout builder, nutrition coaching, automated client check-ins, group bookings, classes and live streams, community features and habit coaching.
That is a broad set for one price. In practice the decision usually comes down to two questions: how many clients you will have, and whether you need your own branded or white label app.

Unlimited clients make My PT Hub Premium the same price at 10 clients as at 75. The tier-based tools in the table start lower and climb as your roster grows, so the larger your client list, the better Premium's flat price looks. Keep the currency difference in mind when you compare rows. Trainera's prices above are the US-dollar prices on trainera.fit/pricing. Prices differ by country: in Germany, for example, the page shows €19.99 for Starter, €49.99 for Pro and €94.99 for Business.

Common mistakes when budgeting for My PT Hub
Budgeting on the intro price. €15.60 or €29.50 only lasts 2 months. Plan on €52 or €59.
Mixing up the two app options. A €95 one-time branded app and a €145-a-month white label app are different products with different requirements.
Adding trainers and apps one by one. On Premium each extra trainer is €10 a month. At five extra trainers plus a white label app, compare the total with Ultimate at €215, which includes both.
