Trainerize vs My PT Hub: Pricing, Features and Fit Compared (2026)
Trainerize prices by client seats, from a free 1-client plan to $135 a month for 50 clients; My PT Hub charges a flat EUR 59 (or USD 59, by region) for unlimited clients. A neutral comparison of cost, apps, payments and fit.
Trainerize vs My PT Hub: the short answer
Trainerize and My PT Hub are both online coaching platforms for personal trainers, but they price in opposite ways. Trainerize charges by client seats in US dollars: free for 1 client, $10 a month for 2, $25 for 5 and, per its pricing FAQ, $135 a month for 50 clients. My PT Hub charges a flat 59 a month for unlimited clients on Premium, shown as EUR 59 in the EU region and as USD 59 in its US-dollar data, with a 3-client Starter plan at 25.
Trainerize suits coaches who want to start free and grow seat by seat. My PT Hub suits coaches who already have, or expect, a larger roster and want one flat price. Neither is right for everyone.
Pricing at a glance
Both vendors publish their prices, and both show an annual option that is cheaper than paying month to month. The table gives the monthly price first and the annual equivalent after it.

How the two pricing models differ
The core difference is per-client versus flat pricing. Per-client pricing means your plan price rises as your roster grows; flat pricing means one price covers any number of clients.
Trainerize: seats that grow with you
Trainerize sells Pro in seat bands of 5, 15, 30, 50, 75, 100 and 200 clients. You start at $25 for 5 and move up a band when you sign more clients. The pricing FAQ gives $135 a month at 50 clients; prices for the 75, 100 and 200 bands were not readable on the page, so check them in your account before you plan past 50. Add-ons are priced separately: Advanced Nutrition Coaching ($20 a month on Grow and small Pro bands, $45 on Pro 30 to 200), Video Coaching ($10), a Business add-on ($25) and FitMetrics AI from $6 per client.
My PT Hub: flat price, region-based currency
My PT Hub caps only its Starter plan, at 3 clients. Premium and Ultimate have no client limit, so the price stays at 59 or 215 a month whether you coach 10 or 200 people. The currency depends on the visitor's country: from an EU-region connection we saw euros, while the page's structured data lists the same numbers in US dollars. Add-ons: extra trainers at 10 a month each, Check-Ins AI at 10 a month and Zapier at 18 a month.
What you actually pay at different client counts
Up to 5 clients Trainerize costs the same or less; at 50 clients My PT Hub's flat Premium plan costs less than half. Trainerize did not show readable prices for its 15 and 30 client bands, so check where the two lines cross for your roster. The table uses base plan prices only, before add-ons, taxes and card fees.

Features that matter for the decision
Both platforms cover the daily work of online coaching: programs, nutrition, habits, messaging and a client app on iOS and Android. The differences sit in which plan unlocks what.

Branded app and your own App Store listing
Both vendors offer two levels of branding, and both charge for the second one. A branded app shows your logo and colours inside the vendor's app; a white label app is published under your own name in the App Store and Google Play.
- Trainerize: a Pro-level custom branded app costs $169 once (logo and colours). A fully white-labelled app with its own store listing is included in Studio Plus, and you need your own Apple Developer account, which Apple charges $99 a year for.
- My PT Hub: a custom branded app costs 95 once. A white label app with its own App Store and Google Play listing costs 145 a month, or comes included in Ultimate at 215 a month.
If your own store listing is the goal and you coach fewer than 500 clients, My PT Hub reaches it at a lower monthly price. If you also need group video calls, API access and a dedicated account manager, Studio Plus bundles them.
Taking payments
My PT Hub lists payment processing (through Stripe) as included from Starter; Trainerize charges $10 a month for its Stripe Integrated Payments add-on on Grow and Pro and includes it in Studio Plus. Neither vendor publishes its card processing rates on the pricing page, so ask both what you pay per transaction on top of Stripe's own fees before you compare the full monthly cost.
Languages and markets
Neither pricing page states which languages the coach dashboard and the client app support. If you coach clients in German, Spanish, Arabic or another language, ask for a demo in that language before signing. Trainerize prices in US dollars with taxes extra; My PT Hub shows local currency by region, which makes budgeting easier for coaches in the eurozone.
Who should pick which
Pick by your client count today and in twelve months, then by the features your coaching style depends on.
- Trainerize is best for: new coaches with 1 to 5 clients who want to start free or very cheap, and large studios that want an own-listing app, API access and group video calls in one plan.
- Trainerize is not the right fit for: coaches with 20 to 100 clients who want one flat price; per-seat bands and add-ons raise the bill as you grow.
- My PT Hub is best for: coaches with a growing roster who want unlimited clients at a flat monthly price, and coaches who run group classes, live streams or 1-to-1 bookings next to online programs.
- My PT Hub is not the right fit for: coaches just starting with one or two clients who want a free plan, or anyone who needs more than 3 clients but not the 59 a month Premium price.
